Modern Dwellings Real Estate is a boutique real estate team in Riverside, California, founded in January 2017 by Molly Silva Gurrola and her son, Christian Gurrola, and brokered by NEST Real Estate. Together they represent four generations of Gurrolas selling Riverside real estate, with more than 3,000 career transactions between them. Inland Empire Real Producers named Modern Dwellings a Top 100 team for 2025, and both partners rank individually among the top 100 producing agents in the Inland Valleys Association of REALTORS®, an association of more than 6,000 members.
Molly Silva Gurrola has been licensed since 1998. A third-generation Riverside REALTOR®, she closed 11 listing-side transactions totaling $7.5 million over the trailing twelve months and specializes in probate real estate, REO, and seller representation, having managed roughly 300 bank-owned properties a month through the 2007 to 2009 housing crisis. She is VA approved and HUD certified, and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Inland Valley Association of REALTORS®, and NAHREP.
Christian Gurrola, a fourth-generation REALTOR® licensed since October 2021, specializes in Riverside's historic and character housing stock: Craftsman, Spanish Revival, and mid-century modern homes in Downtown Riverside, Magnolia Center, Victoria Woods, and the Wood Streets Historic District, along with luxury properties in Alessandro Heights and Hawarden Hills. He works with first-time buyers, move-up and move-down sellers, trust sale beneficiaries, and investors, and holds 83 five-star client reviews across Google, Zillow, and FastExpert.
