Molly Silva Gurrola is a third-generation Riverside REALTOR® and the founder of Modern Dwellings Real Estate, a boutique Riverside team brokered by NEST Real Estate. Licensed since 1998, she has closed more than 3,000 career transactions and ranks among the top 100 producing agents in the Inland Valleys Association of REALTORS®, an association of more than 6,000 members. Over the trailing twelve months she closed 11 listing-side transactions totaling $7.5 million.

Molly specializes in probate real estate, REO and bank-owned property, and seller representation. During the 2007 to 2009 housing crisis she managed roughly 300 bank-owned homes a month, an operational depth few agents in the Inland Empire can match. She is VA approved and HUD certified, and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Inland Valleys Association of REALTORS®, and NAHREP. She earned the Top 10 Award from Realty Executives every year from 2006 through 2016, along with the Chairman's Award over the same period.

Molly founded Modern Dwellings Real Estate in January 2017 with her son, Christian Gurrola, a fourth-generation REALTOR® who specializes in Riverside's historic and character homes.
